We at CurioCenter LLC are working to make our site CurioCenter accessible to all people of any ability.

Commitment to Accessibility
CurioCenter is committed to ensuring that our facilities, programs, services, and digital presence are accessible to all people, including those with disabilities, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and New Jersey’s accessibility standards, which require, at a minimum, compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and encourage adoption of WCAG guidelines .

Website and Digital Accessibility
We strive to make our website conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA, alongside Section 508 guidelines. We are continuously improving accessibility and usability throughout our site. If you encounter any barrier—such as difficulties navigating, reading, or interacting—please contact us with:
    •    The web page in question
    •    The issue you’re experiencing
    •    Your preferred format for receiving information

We will make reasonable efforts to provide information in a usable format  .

In-Person Services & Communication Accommodations
    •    Physical Access: Our facility is fully accessible to individuals using mobility devices.
    •    Auxiliary Aids & Services: We provide services such as assistive listening devices, sign language interpreters, captioning, audio descriptions, Braille, and large-print materials upon request. Please allow two weeks’ notice to arrange these accommodations — consistent with practices in Middlesex County public services  .
    •    Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome.
    •    Staff Training: Our staff are trained to assist respectfully and effectively with accessibility needs, and we are committed to continuous improvement.

Your feedback helps us improve. If you believe CurioCenter has not met accessibility standards, please share your concerns—we’ll investigate promptly and work toward resolution. If internal processes do not resolve the issue, complaints may be directed to Middlesex County’s ADA or agency compliance contact information  .

Scope of this Statement
This statement applies to all aspects of CurioCenter’s operations—public-facing digital content, physical facilities, programs, and communications.
